The workshop and our production |
The well equipped workshop removes delicious products from the oven every day, as salty buns, pizzas, different types of sweet (cakes and biscuits), fresh pasta and other typical dishes of the Parmesan cuisine, which are directly put on sale with the dairy production in our sale shop. |
Our product |
Parmesan cheese, seasoned from 12 to 36 months, made according to the Regulation of the agricultural CO-operative of the Parmesan cheese and CE 2092/91 of Biological Certification; Fresh cheese, called “Al Toson” (Parmesan cheese which is one or two days old); Butter, from 250gr to 500gr; Fresh buttermilk curd; “Stracchino” (a kind of cream cheese) from Borghetto; A kind of salty cream cheese; Fresh “Caciotta”. The bakery products include: Fresh pasta and different main courses dishes (for example pasta stuffed with spinach, “gnocchi”, “cappelletti”…); Sweets (biscuits with cream or with maize, cakes with buttermilk curd with chocolate, tarts, biscuits with jam…); Home-made bread, pizza and salty buns every day prepared. In the shop it’s also possible to find many other typical home-made products, as different types of jams and honey, pickled in oil vegetable, biological fruit juices, local wines...
