For years the Peveris has been involving in the realization of teaching programmers addressed to all the ages, in order to make popular the philosophy which lays on the basis of the biological production methods and of the respect and revaluation of the land.

Inside the dairy farm it’s possible to follow the production cycle directly or on a guided visit to have the opportunity to know this marvelous reality.
It’s also possible to visit the dairy farm during the Parmesan cheese production in the morning and to follow all its phases from the different seasoning stages to the various cheese preservation procedures.

Finally you can taste the different products in the sale shop, or more carefully inside the agri-touristic center.
 
 

Didactic farms and various events
 
 

The farm “Ciaolatte” is involved in the “Didattic farms project” of the province of Parma, with activities aimed to the food education and to the students’ diet.

Tourists can take part in the different events offered by the farm in collaboration with the Province in order to invite families to visit and get to know the agri-couristic center and to taste all our products (the most important event is called “Open fams”).
 
 
The trips in touch with nature



With the collaboration of many organizations of the local tourism, the farm “Ciaolatte” offers the chance to organize planned visits to the nearby place of great.

Touristic-cultural and wine-gastronomical interest, both in the hilly area and in the plain one (we remember the most important ones: Verdi’s lands tour, the Castles of the Duchies of Parma and Piacenza and the street of the “Culatello of Zibello”).

From the farm, tourists can also visit the remains of the old church in Sanguinaro with its famous Romanesque crypt and walk along the paths which were parts of the “Francigena route” in the Middle Age.
